I would say to eat things that are high in protein and not bad fats, so don’t just bondage eat on sugary goods and take aways. Eat things like red meats or if you are a vegetarian eat things like broccoli which had is high in protein.

Can’t majorly see a difference but this is my weight gain and building strength! So even tho I’ve gained over half a stone, people think I’ve lost weight!

I’m 22, I’m from scotland and my goal is now to build muscle! I’ve not weighed myself in over a year as I used to focus on that too much! Random, I love painting.

I would say swimming because you can go your own pace and you hit so many different muscles.

I would say a weighted squat, donkey kicks, lunges, walking on a treadmill with a high incline are all ways that can help getting a more toned bum. Some of the ways that I've used but I'm still trying to figure it out too!

Donkey kicks and lundges work really well for helping enhance your bum. Could maybe work that into it too?
