That's amazing! I have been really trying to get off of my reflux medication. I've been on it for over 15 years. I'm working with a naturopathic doctor, and I've been able to cut back, but not totally stop the medication. I'm hoping losing some of this weight will help me finally get off of it. Your post gives me hope!

Good morning! My name is Trista. I started my weight loss journey at 221 pounds, and I'm 5'3". It took me a good long while to get down to 150...and now I couple years later I'm back up to 175. While I'm not all the way back where I started, I'm not wanting to get there! Great idea for starting this group!

I love all your tips! Especially the one about volume eating. I'm a person that likes to eat a lot, and losing weight sometimes seems really hard for that reason. So I am going to give this a try!
