Welllll... I'm back again it seems. I've stayed fairly consistent with my weight, but miss the groups. Its wonderful how motivating this crew can be.

42/m... no idea what I'm doing with life. I like music, bourbon, that feeling right after you drop the dumbells on your last rep, the same 14 movies for the last 15 years, and recently started punishing myself with golf.

Add me and let's do this.

Is it finally time to change my life??

Depends what your life is now!?!? But the longer you wait, the harder it will be to change.

Hello feel free to add me, my goal is to learn how to eat healthily as something I can maintain my whole life. I don't want to do a crash diet or the keto, paleo or anything like that as that normally means I will just gain it all back when I stop. The only thing I am trying to cut out is sugar as my family has a history of diabeties.

Autumn really is the best time of year. The trees are beautiful, there's a chill in the air. It's boots weather
