    Hiya. I just turned 49. I lost 60 pounds about 8 years ago. For the most part I’ve kept it off, however with age and whatnot I’ve added on about a stone. Would really love to get back to the 140’s. Just need accountability and such. Hoping someone wants to add me as a friend just so I know someone is seeing my posts. This accountability really helps me keep to my goals. Please add me 😊

    Happy Friday. The rain has stopped it's supposed to clear and in time for my party I'm hosting tonight. Although it's supposed to be chilly. Oh well. My prep is under control, back is still sore but i will survive. :) Just gotta remember to eat today

    Not such a happy Friday for me. Not nice when I start going to funerals for people younger than me. We must be getting old.

    Do you ride while you work?
    I decided I'll walk to the store and get some back pills. I think i need muscle relaxers for this and then I'll feel better. Advil just isn't cutting it today

    I've started to ride for a few minutes when I take stretch breaks. Gives me something to do and helps me keep active since I still do a lot of sitting at this PC.
