Welllll... I'm back again it seems. I've stayed fairly consistent with my weight, but miss the groups. Its wonderful how motivating this crew can be.
42/m... no idea what I'm doing with life. I like music, bourbon, that feeling right after you drop the dumbells on your last rep, the same 14 movies for the last 15 years, and recently started punishing myself with golf.
Add me and let's do this.1 -
Good morning Middle-agers
I hope you all have a great day5 -

Hello feel free to add me, my goal is to learn how to eat healthily as something I can maintain my whole life. I don't want to do a crash diet or the keto, paleo or anything like that as that normally means I will just gain it all back when I stop. The only thing I am trying to cut out is sugar as my family has a history of diabeties.1

Autumn really is the best time of year. The trees are beautiful, there's a chill in the air. It's boots weather1

Afternoon all.
I had a long weekend away scuba diving in Plymouth. It was lovely.
I did three dives, one a day. Each was around 55 minute long; average depth 15m; max depth 20m. Visibility was superb. (I am limited to 1 dive a day, 1 hour max, 15 metres Equivalent Nitrogen Depth due to a PFO. So these dives were all within my limits.)
One dive was by a lighthouse. A helicopter came to pick up some folk working on it. The skipper said it was the first time in 20 years he had seen the chopper.
We were staying in a near derelict former fort, with great views from the nearby hills.
