It's mostly up to each individual. Personally I would eat back at least a portion of the calories to fuel the workout and your body. Mfp creates a deficit based on your info when you start.

Kinda clueless here.... Do you pop it in the microwave before you eat or is it "done"? I followed a basic recipe to prep for my husband and I in the morning, but that part isn't very clear. (I want to give him proper "directions", since he leaves at 4, long before I get up)

Just did my 30 day challenge workout!!! Not much but 35 cal!

I set a custom exercise and named it breast feeding and gave it a value of 500 calories to 1 min.... and only log 1 min per day. Breastfeeding mommies need extra for the baby. I may not actually have a deficit this way, but it won't feel like I'm starving as much or losing my milk
