Honestly, about 2,300 calories a day. Very active and breastfeeding so I eat a lot

Simply Nature Marinara. Yum! Also Clancy’s veggie chips and veggie straws. Produce is sooo cheap! I always stock up. Their almond milk is good, too

Are you taking a multi vitamin? I’d recommend going to the doc and having them run some labs. If I had to guess I’d say there’s a vitamin deficiency but there could be lots of reasons. I’ve been vegan for 7 years & vegetarian for 6 years before that. Had the same issue a few months back and it turned to be very low vitamin…

Sautéed veggies & vegan sausage. Add in cooked rice and just throw some seasoning in there. It’s my go to easy meal. Also look into some vegan slow cooker recipes. Doesn’t get much easier than that. Best of luck to ya
