Kinda hard to do no carb but low carb is very possible. Even veggies and fruits are loaded with carbs so unless you’re going Keto it’s not possible with a regular diet

Make a vision board, constantly seeing where you want to be will be a huge help

Same here I have to get up at 5am for the gym... if you really want to lose the weight you have to find the time momma... I’m a new mom & 5am is the ONLY time I have to spare for the gym. You can do it !
