Motivation to keep going

I've had several phases of dieting and working out, but I always end up giving up. I started at 215lb and I'm already down to 207lb, but I want to make sure I stay on track because my end goal seems so far away.

I'd love any tips to keep myself motivated when I don't feel like I'm doing enough. Also I'd love friend requests to keep in touch with people and their progress! Lets all work together to reach our goals 😁

    Figure out whether you really aren't doing enough, or if it just feels that way. Healthy weightloss isn't about suffering, it's about finding sustainable, new habits.

    Make a vision board, constantly seeing where you want to be will be a huge help
