Motivation to keep going

I've had several phases of dieting and working out, but I always end up giving up. I started at 215lb and I'm already down to 207lb, but I want to make sure I stay on track because my end goal seems so far away.
I'd love any tips to keep myself motivated when I don't feel like I'm doing enough. Also I'd love friend requests to keep in touch with people and their progress! Lets all work together to reach our goals 😁

Dirty little secret for you - consistent motivation doesn't exist. No one maintains motivation
The key is to create simple healthy habits that keep you at a calorie deficit, and to find a way of eating & activity level that is realistic for you and will keep you at the right calorie level for the rest of your life.
Don't try to lose weight eating food you don't like and forcing yourself to be more active than you can get used to permanently!
I'm not motivated to brush my teeth, put away the dishes, or log my food. I do these things out of habit. I ate the same way to lose as I did before, and I'm eating the same way now that I'm maintaining, with just a few small tweaks.

Make a vision board, constantly seeing where you want to be will be a huge help2
