  • I love the gardein mandarin chicken, is vegan (I'm not vegan) some of my friends think they are eating chicken. I also eat beans, lentils and veggie burgers. But I don't avoid meat to lose weight (it's all about the calories) I sometimes eat chicken or fish, i just do it because of the animal treatment.
  • Uni student too! I hated waking up early in the mornings, used to go to the gym in the afternoons or at night. I decided to change that, because it didn't let me sleep well and had no time to do anything and always rushed. Changed my habit to early morning, now I have more time to do things. I am at the gym for no more…
  • I failed many times :D but now I know I should keep going forward and not get defeated when I get "distracted"
  • Hi, I thought I was the only one that didn't notice it :D
  • 1200 calories, thats pretty low. You shouldn't go below your BMR, that is starvation and you will be losing muscle. When you are losing weight you should try to save as much muscle as you can.
  • Great job brother, your hard work pays off.
  • Very inspiring!! :)
  • There was a research done comparing low carb vs high carb diet to lose weight, at the end of the day the results were as expected. (no difference between the two). If you are in a caloric deficit you can lose weight eating junk (obviously not good to be eating junk everyday). It all comes down, to either caloric deficit…
  • Never go below your bmr. What you want to do is reduce your calories from your tdee. Once you know your BMR, you can calculate your TDEE by multiplying it as follows: By 1.2 if you exercise 1 to 3 hours per week By 1.35 if you exercise 4 to 6 hours per week. By 1.5 if you exercise vigorously for 6 or more hours per week. a…
  • You lose weight by being on a caloric deficit, Do you know what your bmr and tdee are?
  • Well I lost around that weight many times and gained it right back!. One thing I finally learned, don't over doit, have patience. Measure your body fat, create a diet with foods you like and have some cheat meals too, after all a diet is a lifestyle, we fail sometimes, but we need to get back on track. If you are in a…
  • Good job!
  • I didn't like mine, It was good for some time, but after much cardio it stopped working properly and charging properly. The good thing about it that it motivates you to walk, the alarm if you are a heavy sleeper, and the sleep monitor were good.
  • You are not alone, I lost almost a 100 and almost gained back. I lost it super fast too, now after reading some books and taking some classes I know that I have to do it slow and steady, not to rush it, most people fail and end up in the same place or worst. Now im losing like a 1lb or 2lb per week, I eat healthy 80% of…
