Currently I’m at 1250. I checked my maintenance calories and they’re 2250 - that’s what scares me!

I watch my sugar. But that's because I'm pre-diabetic. If I weren't, I wouldn't care.

I won't drink full fat milk. Or eat ice cream. I mean I shouldn't because I'm lactose intolerant but still.

Mine were terrible. I had absolutely no regard for calories. None. What so ever. I'd drink sweet tea like crazy, eat Big Macs, entire pizza's, like 2 different meals from Taco Bell in one sitting. I snacked nightly on like entire bags of donuts. Now, I'm a little different than most people here. My goal is not to get 6…

Uhhh..there's no law against co-sleeping?? Wtf was even the point in that comment?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I'm not into macros and I don't exercise. I'm a good ol' fashion calorie counter and MFP is absolutely perfect for that as is.

I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. Now before you crap a brick, I'm over 100 pounds overweight..so that's pretty common. Anyways, I eat the fries at the bottom of the bag. I just ate a chocolate out of my sons box of chocolates. I lick the spoon when I make brownies. I don't weigh my food. I use a measuring cup if it calls for…

I share a bed with a 5 year old who slaps me in the face all night and a 7 year old who gut punches me..I'd do it. It would probably feel like a break.

I very much would like a sourdough king from BK, but they're 970 calories and I don't feel like starving the rest of the day. Also they're expensive af.

Photography, paint, listen to music, mess with my kids. I don't lead an exciting life.

I'm so facking bored I wish I could go to sleep at 5:30pm. Just because I'm bored.

I can't barely do anything.

I don't like to say that I'm "sober" because I still have alcohol like 3-4 times a month. But I am clean of drugs. In March it'll be 5 years. Getting off a substance is far more complex than anything we can get into on a MFP forum. There's therapy. There's inpatient treatment. Outpatient treatment. If its truly severe,…

No one here would EVER, ever ever ever judge you for the number on a scale. You're in the right place. Deciding you want a change is step one. Reaching out for help is huge a step too. You CAN do this. You absolutely can. There's no reason on the face of this earth that you can't. There will be good days, bad days,…

I have pizza every saturday!

I weigh myself every day. I've learned to emotionally prepare myself for the possibility that the scale might go up. Even if I did everything perfect. Its normal for weight to fluctuate and definitely something everyone has to get use to even when you hit your gw.

I eat a really healthy breakfast, I snack healthy, but I eat like trash most of the time. Burgers. Chicken nuggets. A lot of fast food. Subway constantly. I've lost 39 pounds by just sticking to a certain amount of calories, but I eat like trash.

2-3 days usually. Most of that "gain" is water weight. Some people take as long as a week, but for me personally its usually 2 or 3 days.

You need to learn to eat junk in moderation. Learn to have a little chocolate instead of all the chocolate. That's a lifelong skill..you may as well dive into it. If you DO end up eating a lot I swear to you its not the end of the world. Just a bad moment. Chalk it up and keep going. You'll be ok.

My skins not any more itchy, but its become SOOOO dry since I've lost weight. I've lost 39 pounds. My legs are so bad no amount of lotion does anything. I can't even wear makeup anymore because it just looks like scales. I hope its just the winter but its never been this bad.

Take a maintenance break!
-
You can add me if you want. I have a 5 and 7 year old. I'm 1.2 pounds from my goal weight, but I may keep going. I'm annoyingly active.
-
Honestly, if I'm craving junk..I eat junk. Just in moderation.

I dropped a hard boiled egg the other day and just started crying.

Heck no!!!! Any "weight loss" system that requires you to dump money into it is a joke. They're capitalizing on peoples desperation. Weight loss should be a lifestyle change not built on the backbone of diet pills or weight loss shakes or frozen meals. You need to completely relearn everything you know about your food and…

About a week before I start my period I become very hungry. Once it actually shows up the hunger subsides, about 2 days into my appetite returns to normal. But that week leading up to it..its bad.
