Yup. Would get it.

I had to search what that actually means! You fancy skipping work then for some fun?!
-
Mission Beach as in Australia?

Keep up the good work!

Collects the underwear of previous boyfriends.

Toilet broke at work. Fixed it!
-
Accept. No harm in that!

Oh yeah. I did not read it properly! Agreed that's not right. I think a doctor is the right suggestion. Has to be something medical. Pregnant? Do you put on weight that quickly when pregnant? Or maybe scales are broken!

Weigh yourself once a week on exactly the same day and roughly the same time (i.e morning). The body is not an exact science and you increase and decrease as you eat, drink and... Once a week is a much better indicator of how you're getting on and thats never perfect. I would wait 3 weeks and if nothing is lost then alter…

If you're from England there are Sainsbury's and Tesco's own salad dressing and various other sauces to make vegetables more interesting without smothering them with fat. Also 'Lighter than Light' mayonnaise is a god send. If you have time to make your own then you can obviously control what goes into it.

Afraid not Tom!!

Hard to tell!

One arm bigger than the other.

No I don't think so. Nothing personal!

Yeah, why not!
-
No. Sorry mate!

If you use them often for a long period of time they will eventually get manky and will need replacing. I have a football (soccer) shirt I used to play in and then went to the gym in on/off for 5 years and eventually it just had to be binned! Great value shirt and it still looked great but stank! I was proud of it though!

You're never too old - get that out of your head immediately! There are people in my gym much older than you and there are people doing marathons way past your age. You have to remember dumbbells in gyms are not the only form of lifting weights. Weights can include anything from a can of beans to your own body weight.…

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and I love it! Had it over a year and its never let me down.

As much as possible! I was averaging around 6:30-6:40 and coupled with exercise can make you really tired and groggy. I try and get 7-7:30 now. Sleep deprivation definitely makes dieting harder. You have less self control to watch what you eat plus when you're tired to tend to crave more food. Get as much as you can!

I use skimmed milk. Barely any calories or fat and I treat myself to a "proper" coffee once a week and on the weekend I'll have a few. Full fat milk is high in calories and fat and milky coffee is one of the most obvious things to cut if you drink them regularly. Easier for me as I drink a lot of tea with skimmed milk so…

You were probably always flushed because your heart was having to work very hard and you were unfit. Now you're fitter and slimmer the body is working more efficiently.

For me its a few things: - Not deleting pictures of yourself when tagged on Facebook as you're unhappy how you look. - Being less conscience of how people see you. You're confident enough to know you are looking at least okay! - Having more confidence with woman. Basically until I'm happy I will barely talk except…

I get the odd bit of praise such as "wow you've lost weight" from women which is really nice. Blokes say things like "good work, mate" which is enough for me. Not many ask how which suits me. When they do I say its ultimately being really strict on my diet, reduce alcohol right down and 3-4 times a week exercise. Simple…

Calorie counting definitely works for me too. Without it I don't lose anywhere near as much weight.

I'm getting quite good on the rower. 2000 meters in 08:22. About 3 years ago I once did it under 8 minutes which is really fast but 08:22 is my quickest since then which I completed last week.

Depends on the person I would say - not the sex although there may be some truth in it.

Don't get disheartened though. Your will to succeed is obviously there - you just need to tweak what you're doing. Keep positive!
