I still had cravings for several weeks, it took a while for the sugar to get out of my system. I also find that now if I eat too many sugar alcohols I'll get cravings for the old stuff. My staples are frozen chicken breasts that come in 3-,5-, or 10 lb bags, block cheese that I cut at home because it's cheaper that way and I can cut it myself at home then easily snack on it at work, deli meat, bacon and eggs, and stuff for salads.

Also >> Atkins Peanut Butter Cups. 2 net carbs per 2 cups, and I usually just throw one in my work bag to get me through that afternoon slump. They're delicious to me and not overly sweet like some Keto-friendly treats are.
