The journey continues

Hi Everyone, I have been back on my fitness and health journey since the beginning of the year. First time using my fitness pal and so far I like it. Once you start recording everything and making your meals it becomes very easy to use. I started at 254 down 16 pounds, I am now 238. My goal is to get down to about 200 pounds. I do try to workout about 3 days at the gym an hit the stationary bike on the off days. My weakness is cakes and ice cream but haven’t had any this year and to me your body can tell when you are off all the sugar you feel better. Please wish me luck on my journey :)

    Good luck!! MFP is a really great app and desktop site! You're making good progress so far it seems like. Sweets are my weakness too, so I know how you feel!
