Really and they know more than the Mayo Clinic doctors and scientists. Obviously not one of you have taken the time to read the most current info. I’m not asked ng you to believe me But r search for yourself. And by the way you don’t have a clue of my medical conditions don’t assume you do.

The point is they aren’t being feed gmo corn products or anything from a bag or jar. The eat what comes to them on the range. Starting with grass. Basically what you would get in New Zeeland and Australia ect.

Of course they eat everything that comes near them that is the point I’m making not grain fed or this out of a bag but what free range grass pastures have to offer. Really ?

I’m so happy yesterday my BMI is down below 40 at 39.4. First time in 30 years and today I began my 2 week liquid diet and then bypass surgery on the 8/29/2018. Also lost 2 more inches in the last 2 weeks. Yea!! How is everyone doing?

I begin tomorrow my 2 week diet liquids with jello sf pudding and Greek yougurt. Yea!!!

Falilure is the steps we take to reach the top of our victory. I recently heard this and it make me look at my struggle differently. Without judgement. Just acknowledging that these “steps” are here to help boost us up to the top. Without “the steps” there is no getting to the top.

Step way from the carbs. I tell myself that daily. If I continue to eat my favorite things then I expect the same outcome. Obese. I’ve worked too hard to succumb to that. Walk walk sip sip lean protein repeat. :)

Saw the Surgeon yesterday my surgery is scheduled for August 29 and I start the liquid diet on the 14 th. I can’t wait to sit on the losers bench. Good luck to everyone

I get to meet my Surgeon next week. I have a green light from the Bariatric Dept nutrition psychologist blood work ect. Hopefully he can get me in sooner verses later

I’m upping my walking from 3x week to 5 x week. 1 week down and headed to December for the finish line.

Also up your Amino acids collagen. Bone broths with at least 8 gram protein to 1 cup there are powder ones that you can add to anything. Coffee, soup, shakes ect. The more collagen the faster the body heals after surgery. Good luck.

You should set a timer and try to get up and move your body every 40 min. Drink water. Every 3 hours a snack under 200 calories and potty break and move that body. You could be the one to motivate others you work with. So a meal every 6 hours and 2 snacks in between at the 3 hour mark and you’ll maintain you energy and…
