  • Pass day 3 today. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are pretty much given as pass days so I'm hoping I can keep it to 5 or 6 rather than 10 this month.
  • Yes x3 Really happy as it was my son's birthday and we had people round for cake and pizza. I just kept my portions reasonable and chose a light lunch

  • Yes x3 I tend to deal with emotional eating by replacing it with emotional drinking - low or no calorie options. I tend to go for cups of tea or caffeine free diet Coke.

  • Yes x3. I even did a bit of running again. I've got a chronic condition - ulcerative colitis- and it's stopped me being able to run for a few weeks. My flare seems to be slightly better though so I gave it a go today. I'll need to build my time back up again but it's better than not doing any time at all.

  • I love exercise I've never been successful without exercise. I've been struggling to update as my app isn't letting me access the community. I used a pass day today (14th) but have had 3 X yes on the other days. I'll try to remember to come via the website in the future.

  • Yes x3 I've always loved autumn. I love the aesthetic of warm coats and hats. I love being able to have the gas fire in our living room on whilst sipping a hot cup of tea. I love going on walks in the cold with the beautiful leaves.
