Thanks for that I appreciate that view. I have just had 10 days off just for a break and still lost and had no side affects at all. I have adjusted my food as well and am less hungry with or without it. Thanks again 😁

Zoloft can be known to put on weight in certain people. But that doesn't mean it has too. Don't ditch them because you obviously need them and any weight gain should only be temporary. Keep going your doing well.

Don't worry about motivation. Just do it the motivation will come later. I had been unmotivated about my weight for years then I had enough. I went to the docs and he mentioned calorie counting and I'm like no thanks I don't count I just eat. I couldn't think of anything worse. Then I thought I'd take his advice after all…

Check your sugar intake and start there. There are lots of hidden sugar on foods. I didn't realise myself that milk had a lot of sugar. I check everything now as the body will burn this off quicker as it's easier and then it has less time to burn the fat. So reduce the sugar and your body will burn the fat instead. Also…

Hi Maggie. I wish you all the luck and persistance you will need. I myself need to lose around 60lbs but am breaking it down to 30 at a time.
