Im eating at a maintenance of mostly macros nothing else really and I take supplements, and drink protein shakes, BCAAs. I do all kinds of glute training in the gym I switch it up so my body doesn’t get programmed to the same movements and stop growth and then it just stopped. Is it because I missed the gym for a week?…

No I noticed a great lift 1.5in in my glutes and a tone down in my hamstrings everyday and it got better.

I love 2 egg whites (seasoned with cayenne pepper, pepper, and onion powder) over the top of an everything bagel with cream cheese if you like a kick add some jalapeño and renfros ghost pepper salsa. Hands down my favorite meal! So simple and satisfying!

Sautéed onion, peppers, and mushrooms in some cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and olive oil. Serve over brown rice 🤤 with renfros ghost pepper salsa 💥 I make a lot of bean and rice meals, so anything you can whip together with veggies and a tortilla always my go to.

I would eat around 8-9a to stop eating around 4-5p. So that you keep energy throughout the day!
