    Hey Amber,it’s Iffi here. I’m from Pakistan & needs to loose like 15-20lbs more. I’m in to walking and do at least 10K steps daily.

    Hey Amber!

    I'm new too! I'm Claire, 32 and from Nottingham in the UK.

    I'm ex Armed Forces and looking to lose about 14/20lbs (lovely post-wedding/honeymoon gain) to get me back down to my ideal weight. Didn't have a health relationship with food in my younger days and also being in the Forces meant lots of nights out partying (because the day ended in 'y' lol).

    Decided to take my weight and health seriously and have started weight training at least 3x a week, with a little cardio thrown in for good measure.
