Mainly I use olive oil and ghee... sauteed with coconut oil for veggies a recipe would be most helpful for keto mayonnaise... I use avocados alot for my tuna salads etc.

supplements calcium and magnesium, potassium (check with dr first).... increase salt intake.... stay hydrated....by time you are thirsty you are already low on hydration...increase green lefy vegetable consumption and also i think avocados have good dose of vitamins

when one first begins keto there is an adjustment period... the keto flu... which is due to Na/K relation... to counter it use multi-vitamin and calcium, mag, and stay hydrated... a B complex also helps
