Take it one day at a time. One meal at a time if you have to. Don't let one slip up ruin your day/week/month. If your work schedule makes it tough to exercise then just focus on eating less calories for now. Small changes will add up over time. You can do this!

I am still trying to lose the baby weight plus some.... and my son is almost 3. Lol. I want to hit my goal weight before I get pregnant again. Enjoy your little one! If you're breastfeeding this is a great opportunity to get some weight off because your calorie needs go up so much. Feel free to add me!

You can do it! I am about the same weight as you and I've been doing a lot of stress eating/comfort eating before I started on MFP just a few days ago. It's so tough when there's a lot going on in your life. Sending positive vibes your way!

Can you smell at all? I know that smell affects your sense of taste a lot. You could try some zestier things like lemon pepper or Italian dressing (as a marinade). Garlic and onion powder can add lots of flavor without adding any excess salt. Hope things improve for you soon!
