Hello. My name is Stephanie and have just signed up for this new way of tracking my food intake. I have been using Weight Watchers, Online only, and it has helped. However, I just can't seem to afford it right now and I seem to have plateaued in my journey to losing weight. I'm currently 210 lbs, and 30 years old, and my plan is to lose weight. My goal weight is around 140. I need lots of encouragement and motivation to keep going. I have lost 26 lbs in the last few months, but I need to lost more! I guess I'm just introducing myself here, so, hope to see ya around!

    Congrats on your weight loss! I think MFP can definitely fill in for Weight Watchers. The community has really helped keep me motivated so far. Best of luck!

    Thank you very much! Do you recommend the "Premium" or do you just use this for free? I'm just seeing if it's worth it?
