I weight train to maintain the muscle if got now, to lose weight effectively I’ve found that losing 2lbs a week by dieting, lifting mid to heavy weights and doing cardio gets me the results I need. I’ve lost 2 and half stone so must be doing something right.

Try weight gainers like all in one mass gainers. Think it’s like a couple of thousand calories per shake. Years ago there was a good one called mega mass 2000. It was like 2000cal per shake 👍

I’m quite muscular I think, I do a lot of weight training at the gym. 2 hour sessions, 3 days a week. I’m not sure if most of my weight is muscle or fat?

I reached my goal weight at 2000cal a day. When I set a new goal weight, the app adjusted my calorie limit by another 200cal to 1800. The lighter you are the harder it is so you have to decrease cal a little bit more to lose the weight.

Yes I agree, aim to lose 0.5lb a week, 1640 cal is fine as the average female recommended daily calorie allowance is 2000cal. Try a little bit more exercise too. My day job is sedentary but I go gym 3 times a week. If you can’t go to the gym try going for a run around the block. It’ll all help and hopefully you’ll not feel…

I’m loving the gym at the moment. Been going for 2 years but wasn’t really dedicated to it until 6 months ago. Now I’m on it 😂
