I’m louise 36 a neonatal nurse from Derby
I have 2 daughters age 3 1/2 years and 19 weeks old, I didn’t gain much weight with both pregnancies but I am still about half a stone heavier than my pre pregnancy weight
My husband uses this app and has lost 2 stone so I though I would join him in a hope to lose about 4 stone to be at a happy weight

    You can do it. i have slacked but I still weigh less than i did before I has my son, he's 11 now so thank goodness. You'll get there!!!
