many college areas have food coops at reasonable prices even if you don't work it. Also weekly farmers markets = go 15 minutes before closing. most don't want to haul it home, and will sell cheaply

Tonight I am crock potting 2 Cornish game hens with a large yellow onion, large amount of wild mushrooms, 4 carrots, minced garlic and poultry seasonings. Start by looking up Municipal codes for your city and county. then email your city council. take pictures of scooters blocking bus benches, etc. they did not get back to me about the 3 code violations or the lack of certain business licenses in the county but the scooters are parked elsewhere and now banned on campus.

I have lunch from a grocery store deli 3 or 4 times a week. Backed chicken breast and veggies or .2 pounds of potato wedges and/or Triple Zero yogurt with that chicken. I consume this outside on tables. I see food stamp people most of the time with ridiculous amounts of junk food and they are 50 or more pounds overweight.…

track it and limit somewhat by not eating pie crust only one bread small amount of stuffing. Enjoy and realize this will be a break even week. Don't fret or try to make it up by eating less than your 1200 plan and you'll be fine. As others have said it is not much in the scheme of things.

i eat the same vegies with similar living conditions. i steam every 3 days and refrigerate. be sure to drain well. i like them cold.

Yes the normal but only 3 weigh ins so far so 206.2 it is. in 2 weeks I will go to VA healthcare for an appointment, then go here and compare. 24 hour fitness has 2 scales. Digital in men's locker room and an old balance scale. They differ over 3 pounds and it appears the balance scale is more accurate. Thanks.
