I would like to know of fruits and snacks that are low carbs and low sugar. Any help would be appreciated.

Fruits are okay, just in small portions. Snacks - any kind of meat or fish, because protein is mostly 0 carbs. So this would include those little packets of tuna, nuts, cheese, plain yogurt (add your own fruit), just remember to eat some protein when you eat a carb (like have some nuts or a cube of cheese with a fruit). Avoid dried fruits. You really have to read labels to figure out how that particular item is going to fit into your total carbs for the day. And you might want to test your blood sugar about 2 hours after you eat a snack to see what it is doing to blood glucose. Some thing affect others, that might not affect you.0

Any kind of meat for snacks and cheese. Cucumbers and celery0

Fruits are relatively high in sugar, and typical snack foods are high in fat, sugar and salt. The harsh and boring truth is that you're in reality looking for foods you would eat for/as a meal. No short cuts.1
