lorrpb- Actually I haven't checked. My pants fit the same, but "before" my ribs would show more, and would concave.

you gave me a lot to think about.....I know I'm not getting enough macro or micro nutrients the way that I eat. When I know I'm going out to play golf I have to force myself to eat something in the morning; the bites are slow. After reading your post, I thought I could break down the food into small portions and eat over…

Thank you middlehaitch....guess it could be a number of things....I'll keep an eye on it...I'm thinking its the carbs....cheese.....excess cauliflower..... I realize I'm not eating enough....but I'm not hungry...except at that 1-2pm mark....before or after not much. If I feel like I should eat, I'll have peanut butter on…

Thanks for the support summersiier....you look fabulous!! I can see that you must do toning exercise- you have some good ab muscles :) .....I was using the weights in the beginning but lost interest and do yoga now. In the summer I walk a lot and golf, but hoping those terrible wrinkles go away to some degree. Still…

WOW! Mom of 6? WOW....you look fabulous!!

denny- good luck on the journey....it is difficult to attend events and resist the food....maybe eat something healthy before the event to ward off the spontaneous eating....I'm sure you will do great!!

You are beautiful in both pics- loosing that much weight has made you look healthier, but I also think it comes from inside ❤️

Well I do enjoy yoga 😊and for the cost of a Y membership it is worth it just for that When the weather is not so cold- I like walking/hiking on the trails near my house So I guess that’s something 😃

I think it also depends on age- after birth my stomach went right back- now, at 60, I don’t think it will- such is life

Thank you Cheryl....I didn't know this and yes, can explain.....I was being very careful with my carbs- and almost eliminating them....I still have the 2 lbs I've gained since Friday- but I've decided not to stress over it. I still feel better and no longer have a fat belly- haha....AND I'm not starving :)
-
Alex....I don't think a Keto diet is for me...I love my carbs....it helps me to feel full- so if I have a salad, I like a slice of bread or crackers with it....I've heard many success stories on this diet though- glad it works for you. jlmonroe- that was how I use to burn so many calories- when I was younger. :) lauteun- I…

Kshama- all I can say is WOW....thank you so much for the link- a real eye opener and truly what I needed to understand weight loss. MFP gave me the 1200 daily calorie #- But I was so hungry and was even becoming over aware of food in general -would go without eating at times ....all the points the article discussed My…

Thanks all....for reference....I'm 59 yo.... 5'3" and started at 128.7. My goal weight is 118-120. Last week I weighed in at 121 and felt I would be happy with that. I exercise 3-4 times per week- some cardio, some weights and usually add the estimated calories back in. When I started, I omitted my simple sugars (candy,…

thanks Melanie.....my calorie goal is only 1200 and most times I feel like I'm starving.....I threw in the towel the last few days and just ate a "normal" meal- perhaps a bit more than usual and yes...I did eat more carbs...hopefully it'll go down again because I've worked really hard to get to this #

Thank you for sharing your journey.... I smiled when you said you didn’t run- swim- bike and how you moved forward Truly inspiring- you look great and I’m sure feel great too - physically and emotionally

janejellyroll- I seem to be feeling best eating 1200 calories and also seem to get a good balance of macros and hit most of my nutrients....so I guess it is choosing the right foods..... When I put in Circuit exercise in my diary it shows I burn 400+ calories, but because it is general, I cut that in half. I'm new to this…

I am 5'3", started at 128.8 lbs.... and my goal weight is 118-120....MFP gave me 1200 daily calories to loose 1 pound a week. So far .....30 days- 3 lbs....so it's working. I've lost 3" off my waist and 2" off my hips. Moore wrote: "The workouts for this fitness program are mostly weight lifting, which is great; I'd like…
