  My husband is doing the T20 a lady he works w is friendly w Shaun T & a beach body coach. That is no joke - I did some of it w my Husband and holy crow—-intense!

  T25 is a beachbody workout program led by Shaun T. Ive done it in the past with good results. Love it!

  I want to do the T20 when im done with this one. Im actually doubling up on workouts for better results, as I am training for an obstacle race that is coming up in May.
