I've lost 30 pounds so the amount of cheese the average American eats per year. It's meant to be, I still love cheese. :wink: I still have about a small bale of hay left.

The most 'fun' exercise i do is dancing when I go out or I'm at home, otherwise I just get a good workout at work of all places. I'm usually too tired by the end of my work day to do much more, so I'm hoping the healthier eating will boost my energy to do more.

Eating better, feeling better. I find I feel more depressed when I'm eating really unhealthy rather than when I'm eating better. Want to feel more comfortable in my own skin, gain some confidence.

I wasn't trying to lose weight before, so that's not where that's coming from I just kind of hovered around the same weight for over 5 years now.

Pasta with veggies and whatever jar of sauce I have hanging around. Made a pesto pasta the other night after working a long shift and it was really easy.

Don't have a picture unfortunately but made mini crab cakes with imitation crab and a kale slaw. Didn't taste like crab, but it did taste really good. I have leftovers in the fridge. :)

I used to dip toast into milk when I was little.. and eat Miracle Whip sandwiches. Literally just Miracle Whip between two pieces of untoasted white bread. I don't have any weird food tendencies that I know of anymore!
