Plateau weight for over 5 years.. Time to change!

Hi! I'm Megan.

I've recently decided to try to live a healthier lifestyle. I'm not calling it a diet, I'm calling it just a lifestyle change. I work a physical job (waitress) that keeps me on my feet at least 5 days a week, so I've managed to kind of just plateau with the same weight for the past 5+ years and I think it's time to just change my ways before it's too late.

My first goal is to get under 200 pounds (15 to go!), and hopefully this journey helps me with my depression and anxiety problems in the long run.

I wasn't trying to lose weight before, so that's not where that's coming from I just kind of hovered around the same weight for over 5 years now.

What change are you hoping for?

Eating better, feeling better. I find I feel more depressed when I'm eating really unhealthy rather than when I'm eating better. Want to feel more comfortable in my own skin, gain some confidence.

    Do you exercise for fun?

The most 'fun' exercise i do is dancing when I go out or I'm at home, otherwise I just get a good workout at work of all places. I'm usually too tired by the end of my work day to do much more, so I'm hoping the healthier eating will boost my energy to do more.
