Hi Have you tried Bulletproof coffee that enables you to stay in ketos feel full and have a hot drink? It uses MCT oil and a hand blended which froths it as if it had milk but its vegan. Some add grass fed butter too which is vegetarian. It helps keep appetite at bay. Hope this helps

You can do it.... check out snake juice and dry fasting or OMAD and make sure that what you eat (calories) is lower than what your body needs per day... it depends how active you are... goggle it all and see whats out there...
