Great Morning Community,

I just weighed in and I am on track for my goal. I started at 297 about a year ago and got down to 252, but became comfortable. In doing so I fell into my old ways and got back up to 274. I started this journey again, but this time with more accountability. Week 1 I dropped to 263 by eating 2000 calories a day and making sure I got a least 10,000 steps in. I weighed in this morning and I am now 261.

Every little bit counts when you are shifting your mindset to a healthier version of you.

    Hi, I can understand your journey. Over the past 5 years I have gained and lost the same stone (14lbs) and am so fed up doing this. So I did a load of researching and found some answers, I tried them out and at last my weight is moving down. Since getting serious with knowledgable help, I am now 29lbs down but once again hitting plateaus. So working on 4 different weightloss plans in routation to fool my metabolism from getting stuck again... Hope this helps me shift to 3 stone less... Wishing you much success...
