Help!

Im struggling with weight loss. I can workout and eat healthy but i have such a hard time being able to cut cravings and im always hungry. And to make matters worse (which its kind of a blessing) anytime i eat a meal my stomach hurts so bad with a throbbing pain for hours. Any suggestions?! Thank you❤

My suggestion is to see a doctor about the throbbing pain you get whenever you eat a meal. Seriously. This is concern, not snark.5

yes see a doctor about pain. that is not normal and should be checked out by a professional.
to lose weight you just need to eat at a calorie deficit regularly over time. eating healthy doesn't
guarantee you will be in a deficit. And if you change your diet completely it can make it harder to stick to. best to keep some foods you enjoy.

Yes check with your doc, although it sounds like you have a gut flora problem. I had that too. Went onto prebiotics and probiotics on empty first thing in the morning and started to get better now. If you have a lot to lose your body might be craving for you to do a (soft) dry fast. All animals just stop eating anything, even drinking anything to let their body repair when they feel ill ot just "off". We use to do the same back in the beginning of human lives. It still works today. Google it.. you might be pleasantly surprised.10

Just because someone has symptoms similar to yours doesn't mean they don't have one of a dozen or so other things that could exhibit the same set of symptoms. And the things that helped your condition could be bad for their condition.5 -
