That is the same thing my husband is doing He told me to put on some weight, that I would look nice, especially since I already had nice shape. I have gained 3kgs in 3 months and still going. I currently weight 143lbs (it is not enough since am 5'8" tall)

You are definitely going to gain some fat, but you can minimize fat gain by reducing some fat in your diet and exercises. Am gaining some fat in my waist line too but it is not much because I do exercise.
