Hi everyone!
My name is Via. I just joined today to track my calories after being underweight for too long and being hospitalised after going into ketosis.
I'm looking for advice and tips on gaining weight in a healthy way! I’ve always been underweight, so I really need to make sure I eat well.
But...I’ve also been experiencing digestive sensitivities, and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s – an autoimmune disorder – and have a slight histamine intolerance.
On the one hand, I need to eat more of all macronutrients; on the other, I’m wondering if I should try AIP and go free of nightshades and grains. 😱🤔
Anyone else here in similar situation or have any healthy weight gaining tips?
Thanks and good luck to all of you with your goals, too! 🤗

You should join the weigh gain forum
I have been underweight all my life, but am now gaining weight(3kgs in the past 3 months)
This is what works for me and hope it can work for you too.
    I eat 2,200 calories
Add milk, smoothies, bananas, yoghurt, peanut butter, pizza, ice-cream, rice, beef, chicken, cakes to your diet. This food are all high in calories.
What is helping me gain weight is at home exercises without any equipment, like squats, lunges, split squats, glute bridges, kick backs. I do the exercises 5 times a week. You can go to YouTube and search Koboko fitness.

I hope it works for u as it is working for me
What is your weight now and what is your goal?
