That's actually a myth. It might work if it doesn't land you in the hospital or flat out kill you, but for real desensitization, you need shots by a doctor. Trying to do it yourself is a guaranteed way to ruin your health. It's the same as 'trying' just a tiny bit of peanut butter if you're allergic to peanuts.

I do like apples, bananas, and stone fruits. But I'm sadly allergic to citrus, berries, and melons. So that's like 80% of fruits. It's easier to ask for a recipie for a no fruit one than one that just has bananas, apples and stone fruits.

My macros are bad. Too many carbs and fat and the like. Not enough vitamins. Usually half and half on the proteins. But what do I do about it? It seems kind of random. I will admit I dont know what I'm doing

I'm not ready to open my diary. As for how many calories it's just over 1600, so it should be plenty. It's not though for a whole day. I have low activity levels and weigh 245. And I'm about 5.2

It might not burn calories, but being more flexible makes you want to move more and that burns calories.

Check with your doctor. Theres a good chance the drug was also supressing your appetite. And if that is the case you might need to learn to eat the 'Right' foods again.

It's not aggressive. Only a 1 lb a week. Yet I'm still hungry on it

. This is true. I dont add sugar, but I do add dates and nut butter. And course the non dairy milk itself are not low calorie foods

My lungs were checked because I've had a dry cough for over a year and they wanted to make sure it wasn't a lung issue. Once it was determined it wasn't, they looked for other causes like reflux.

You could be right. But I'm not looking for a diet, I'm looking for a real lifestyle change. Loosing 100lb in 2 years sounds like something I cant possibly stick with for the rest of my life. I'd rather learn how to eat for health than weight loss and that takes time.

Just keep in mind, parts for cars are easier and cheaper to replace than parts for bodies.

Iron levels I'm not sure. But I eat a lot of meat. Thyroid is fine. It actually shocked us both. Before the test she said if it was borderline she'd give me the medicine anyway since I had symptoms, but it wasn't even borderline. As for how much sleep I actually get. I'm not sure. It is possible because I've been doing it for years. I go to bed with plenty of time to sleep. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and cant fall back to sleep fast. And yes, mornings are hard.

I sleep in the back of my car. Its daylight and private property and safe. I do keep the doors locked. And yes, I do fall asleep. I have an alarm on my phone that wakes me.
