Eating Healthy with Peptic Ulcers

Got out of the hospital yesterday and was told half my stomach was covered in Ulcers. Im now on a very strict bland diet and I was wondering if anyone knew any recipes of foods I can eat that won't irritate them. I would really appreciate it.
