  • I am alright again. I think i chocked my body in to overdrive keto. After adding some carbs i was alright again, will stay at around 50 carbs.

  • All i can say after breastfeeding 2 times is, what you eating and drinking is what your baby is eating and drinking. Personally i would up the carbs (fruit and vegetables) until you stop breastfeeding. You have to think is the baby getting enough nutrition from your food. It could affect is developing.

Sometimes 8am to 3 pm other times 12 noon to 6pm, both times mess me about when trying to plan ahead, and being very busy at work means i don't get time to eat which means i end up eat at different times, but reading your reply i can see it doesn't matter.
  • Thats why i am doing a mix of palo and low carbs, cant be doing watching my calories intake. I try to keep to 50 carbs and below but if i do go over, then hay ho, as long is not over 100 carbs. Do have a rather active life,with work and kids/hubby.
