Look at portions and know what you are eating. Choosing low fat over regular is good for losing weight.

Get back on track as though you never fell off the wagon. Don't starve yourself. Your body needs food as energy. Eat meat and vegetables for one week. No fruits, junk food, dairy, or cereal. One week those 5 lbs will bee gone.

I am not going off track because I don't like starting over. 🌟 I want a new lifestyle not be on a diet for the rest of my life. You cannot go back to what you are doing if you want the weight to stay off. You can eat a little more once you reached your goal weight but not a whole lot.

My mom always says to leave half for tomorrow. I thought that was weird growing up but it makes sense now. Eat all today, tomorrow there is none. Chocolate is not good to eat everyday.

Nothing wrong with snacking but chose healthy snacking more often than junk food is key. Try to keep fresh cut veggies in the fridge. That way you can just grab them when you are hungry. You won't have to cut them up. This is what I am doing.

Don't feel discouraged. We all got to start somewhere. A positive attitude is a must on this journey. No success is completed without it. Write down points that will help motivate you. Like things you see yourself doing or wearing once you meet your weight loss goal.

I have annoying acne. I was told today to drink more water than juice or pop. I will try this to see if my face improves even more. That is my water challenge.

You should do a physical before doing any weight loss program. Maybe you need to check your Thyroid. Mine was low when I could not lose weight. I had Vitamin D deficiency too. Don't alter the program. Losing weight too fast is not healthy. I hope this helps.
