I clean for a few places. I charge between 10-20 an hour depending on the size of the place :)

I do so well on the week days and totally mess up on the weekends too! when my skinny mini hubby is home and can eat what ever he would like ... i tend to join him :( but atleast i have still lost.

I'm a mom of a 4year old and a 1 year old. very active little ones. I would like to loose weight for myself. I want to start feeling better about me! must admit finding time to work out with kids is super hard!

Just did a work out on hulu... since all my other stuff is packed :) and will do 50 crunches and 25 fire hydrants this afternoon and then in the evening... thought i would keep the work out going all day :)

its my favorite! its about 25-27 min I think. but with two kids I"m able to get it done quick and have lost from doing it :) i also if i have time like to add a few ten min sessions of pilaties in with it :flowerforyou:

ME too!!!! I was just thinking this! so bad my when my hubby is home! I am going to just have to accept it and have portion control I think.

I try to work out in the am before mine wake up. I don't love in a place where its warm all year... too hard to take them out and i live 30 miles from a gym. its so hard. I am interested in any tips u get from this post too :)

Thank you I didn't know the water intake was so important. I do need to increase that. I work out pretty much 6 days a week for thirty min. before kids wake up.
