What is next for you?
What is your next goal??? Do you have a goal for the end of September or next week?? I'd love to know? Maybe we can keep up with each other on this thread and see how close we get or if we make it to our goals??? If you want to participate answer the following questions...
My name is...Tarran
My current weight is... 225.2
Height: I am 5'7'' tall
My goal for this week is... to weigh less than 225.2 on Sunday (I'd love to make it to 222!)
My goal for the end of September is... To be in the 2Teen!! 219 or less
My goal for the end of the year is... To be satisfied with all my hard work and chocolately or saltly snack I've passed up! Less than 190
I have lots of minature goals. I want to be less than 220 right now, then I want to get to 200, then I want to get to 190 and then 175, then I want to get to 165 and ultimately I want to be less than 160, buuuuut I know a lot of others on here who are similar height have goals of like 130 annnnndddd I'm not sure I could be that thin. I WANT TO KEEP MY BUTT AND MY BOOBS ANNNNND THE CURVES (some of them lol)!!! Okay...so how about you?

I have a 5K this weekend, and my goal is to run/walk it in under 45 min.
I have a 5K next month, and I want to run it in 40 min.

My next goal is to go from overweight BMI to normal BMI. I figure that's in another half-pound.

Lower body fat %, increase endurance, be proud in my bikini on the beach. Have a great toned "posterior" and thighs. Reduce/eliminate cellulite. oh, and fit into my old pants )))0

I am currently 208lb, & am 5'4". I recently changed my weigh in day to Monday, from Thursday. I joined Costume Changers as a challenge starting Monday to Halloween. Our group goal is to each lose 5% of our current weight. I hope to be under 200 by then. I want to be under 206 by Monday.
By November 16, I want to weigh 195 - my 23rd birthday. By the end of this year, under 189.
My "long term" weight I'd like to reach is between 145 - 1700 -
I'd really like to be under 200lbs....I haven't been since the puppies last year0
