I have been doing a mixture of cardio and weights. I like taking the Zumba classes at the gym and going swimming.

I’m in my 30’s and I can relate. I finally decided to try and eat healthier and it’s such a slow process. Now my goal for the next month is to make it two the gym 2 times per week but I have yet to do that.

I write quotes on my bathroom mirror. Also I have been focusing on healthy sleep and I set small goals that are manageable. Lastly I record my weight, inches, and lots of things progress pictures. Just take it one day!

I want to keep weight off during Christmas season and being home with my family and I want to do 25 squats everyday until the new year!

For lunches I really enjoy eating dinner leftovers or creating a snack board with veggies, hummus, cheese, nuts, and fruit. I am also trying to be more creative with my lunches!

I bought what I thought would be a pair of motivation jeans in a smaller size and when I got home they fit!

So I have been making my own turmeric latte at home that is replacing my hog chocolate. I mix vanilla almond milk, stevia, turmeric, and pumpkin pie spice. It is the best!

One thing that has been the biggest struggle but also I am really thankful is that I am trying to figure out new ways to reward myself instead of food. During the past I would tell myself that oh I had a hard day at work so you deserve to this unhealthy food.
