Didn't realize air travel and water retention were factors. Just got back from a 16 hours and three flights from Virginia back to Hawaii. Freaked out about what my scale said. ๐ gonna blame the flight๐

Congrats on your journey and marriage! Whenever you're at a plateau, change your approach. Diet and/or exercise...change something. Shock your body and nothing worth it comes easy. Find a motivating reason. Good luck on your journey! (Btw I need to tell myself the same thing daily)

Tbh, i stopped tracking my food after losing 40lbs during the holidays and life caught up with me. Gained about 8 lbs back. Noticed a big difference so I'm back again. I've gotta to. My opinion is to stay on it, for me, this app keeps me accountable. ๐๐ Good luck on your journey๐
