I listened to a podcast on this. That most folks number 1 issue with finally losing weight is this type of delay. You get good at what you practice, so you’ve got to find it within you to start practicing eating well and taking care of yourself.

Agree with this. I also work full time and don’t want to extend the kids daycare time do work out early morning.

My chronic pain is in my back and right arm — I have pinched nerves in my neck. I have found regular chiropractic care keeps the pain manageable but when it’s flared up I walk, hike, bike, ride horses (no jumping when I’m in a flare up) and focus more on my lower body. I’ve found the more I move the better I tend to feel.…
