I range fr9m a UK size 10 to size 16 at times. Even though my measurements are a UK size 12. I tend to shop for fit rather then number on the label as I find it doesn't matter much. Find clothes you like and like how they fit regardless of dress size.

Definitely need to try savoury porridge. Also I eat about 1/3 of a cup of oats ( 40 g) and it does me just fine. Anything more then that ( including toppings) is just too much

Love peanut hazelnut cashew and almond butter. Put it on toast, in smoothies or porridge. Also long as something fits your calorie goals then why not eat it ( I've found with a bit of planning i can enjoy higher calorie things comfortably ). Also another tip here ( fellow vegan here) soak and rinse your legumes also rinse the canned ones before you eat them. It's supposed to go with gas/ bloating

I came from slimming world to mfp after I kept loosing weight even though I was at target it and happy. With people suggesting I lower my target or pressuring me to regain weight I was just through with it and saw how utterly rediculous it was. This is awful advice don't listen to it also very dangerous. Take your meds. If they ain't right speak to your doctor or another one . Over the years due to various anti psychotic I put on 6 stone but thankfully went on latuda and I lost weight through diet and exercise and have kept it off for over a year
