This is awful advice don't listen to it also very dangerous. Take your meds. If they ain't right speak to your doctor or another one . Over the years due to various anti psychotic I put on 6 stone but thankfully went on latuda and I lost weight through diet and exercise and have kept it off for over a year

I tend to use fresh juice for smoothies as not a fan of the creaminess of plant milk in them. Also frozen fruit is great for texture. Also add on spinach or if your feeling brave kale and I use unflavoured pea protein powder too. Add some flax or chia and of you want to bulk it out add oats

I just drink black coffee. I'm not into overly sweet or milky coffees. Though the occasional oat or soya latte every now and again when I'm feeling it

I sometimes put maple syrup in and also half a mashed banana is good and also dates. If you top with frozen berries then stir them in its lovely

I haven't had the oumph to do it yet but I'm looking at a recomp at some point. I'm 11 stone 7 and 5.8 so I'm healthy weight just not 100 per cent happy with how I look. I may drop a couple lbs but I think for me it's recomp and building muscle and losing fat

It honestly doesn't bother me. Helps me eat soundly and also helps me plan my meals so I feel more in control of what I'm doing. I do log everything as it's a habit now

I'm currently maintaining at around 162lbs which is in my maintainance range( I have 7 lb window as my weight can fluctuate) but fluctuates wildly. Tofu legumes quinoa hemp tempeh. Brands of meat replacements( if they are your thing). Also seitan with the added bonus of it being super tasty . I also use a pulsin pea protein powder in my smoothies and oats

Couldn't imagine eating a low carb diet. I lost 6 stone 3 of it on a high carb low fat diet and the rest on a more balanced diet.

I follow a few people on Instagram which do vegan keto. I'm a vegan but Kato has never appeal plus high fat makes me stomach hurt. Went vegan ate whole foods most of the time with fun food thrown in and I lost 6 stone over two years and maintained it since last September.

I have hypothyroid and I haven't gained weight and I've maintained. When it was at its peek I was eating loads of maintain my weight. Different for everyone

Prime example of weight fluctuations is that yesterday I was bang on at 158lbs today and weighing at the same time I now weight 161 and I know I haven't put on 3lbs of fat on overnight. I just keep it at maintainance and eat back the exercise cals

In the UK and Europe from what I know filtering through bone char is illegal but in the states it's still done. So it possibly couldn't be vegan

It was an ethical choice. My food choices no longer met up with my ethics so I changed them. The dairy and egg industry are horrendous so that's why I didn't go veggie, just went vegan 2 and a half years ago

Definitely eat higher calorie foods like nuts seeds nut butters and avocados. They also don't make you too full and can be incorporated into meals or eaten on there own. That's how I increase my calories if I have to

I tend to fit in dessert after dinner. Wether it be ice cream or something with custard. It fits within my calorie goals and I tend to plan my main meals in the morning. As long as it isn't taking over or outside your daily cals then go for it. Also a pint of ice cream last me about 4-5 days if I have some every night

Beans legumes and tofu. Lots of fruits and veg and grains potatoes. Use lots of herbs and spices in your cooking to. Also loads on YouTube on how to cook oil free. I have a gall bladder issue and have to stay away from fats at times. But the above is basically my diet any way

Oh I've always logged my walking ( I walk about 15000 steps a day) and I'm on active. Also managed to maintain for 9 months. I was a bit confused. But this way seems to be working for me

We have had a sugar tax in the UK for a while. I noticed some places only stock diet versions of the drinks or you pay extra for the full sugar version
