I'm not sure, at this time, that I have a "kryptonite". I thought, a few years ago, that it was Nutella. Now, it doesn't seem to be. I thought, a few years ago, that it was chocolate. Now, it doesn't seem to be. What I've been doing has been nothing more exotic than weighing and logging the foods. Even on days when I overeat, it's more of an emotional response to some non-food stimulus than an emotional response to a food stimulus. I'm working to recognize the different sorts of things that can be my non-food stimulus and nip that day right in the bud.
I know what my food intake on a deficit day is supposed to look like. I have to pay attention that I go through the motions of preparing and eating that food.1 -
Tortilla Chips and Salsa. If at a Mexican Restaurant I don't eat them. If at home, I portion them out and eat that portion. You add in a cold beer and I'm in heaven...yet 2lbs heavier when all is said and done.1

Beer. I love beer and its so hard just to have one especially when I'm out w/ a friend. I've gotten better to try to sub water for what normally would be another beer.0

My weakness when I was extremely overweight was everything.
Now or since I've been eating right is peanut butter. Sometimes I can't control myself with it and have 2 spoon fills. It's just about the greatest tasting food ever!2 -

That isn't out of control? The smaller spoon is what I use, I guess tablespoon is the word?1 -

OMG I LOVE these!!!! I have to limit myself to one bag at Easter as well...0 -
Cereal, bagels, Chex Mix. I can’t keep them in the house.0

Biscuits, cookies and pastries of any kind. I simply don't have them in the house now and when they turn up at the office in work (as they often do) I either have a bad day or summon up sufficient willpower to abstain.
It's a constant stuggle. Sometimes I win and sometimes I don't, but when I don't I move on and keep going with the plan. As long as I can win more often than not I'm happy.2 -

Yes.. favorite Easter candy!1 -
Peanut Butter - 100% nuts. From the jar ( I never double-dip though )3
-
Rights now its Doritos, ice cream cones, and anything gummy.0
-
Honey roasted Pistachios, any type of salted nut.
Chocolate covered pretzels.1 -
Biscuits.
Any kind of biscuit.
But especially chocolate chip or chocolate covered ones.
And now I'm thinking about chocolate Hobnobs...1 -
RaceTrac hot dogs with cape cod salt and vinegar chips. Was usually a multiple times a week lunch because I was always driving around lunch time. Easy to avoid now that I work from home, but I still get cravings.
Ruffles with sour cream and onion dip. Can’t keep them in the house.1 -
Breakfast pastries and tortilla chips - actually anything crunchy / salty is quite problematic. If I start I will not stop.1
-
Home made Scones with jam and cream....1

Full-sugar sodas, especially Pepsi. I can't do the whole "pizza 'n' beer" thing; it has to be pizza and Pepsi. Full sugar sodas seem to be the dragon that I cannot slay. I'm starting cold turkey today to try to eliminate soda from my life. There's no more soda in the house and I plan to leave my wallet in my car when I get to work to keep me from going to the vending machines in our break room!2

Pretty much anything chocolate. I can't be trusted with it in the house so I don't buy it.0

Ice cream. I used to sit and finish a half gallon in day0
-
anything fried basically. Chicken strips, Chips, fries, etc.1

My absolute weakness is beer. And also reese's peanut butter cups with a monster zero ultra.0
-
chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, chocolate covered peanuts....0
-
Cereal with oat milk. Specifically fruit and fiber love the stuff. I rarely buy it as can get through a box in a few days ( I end up eating mostly cereal)0
