No, because I don't think the flavor is anywhere near as good as the syrupy originals. If I'm gonna indulge, I'm gonna indulge. I'm not going to drink some watered down version with a chemical aftertaste. (yes I know EVERYTHING is chemicals)

I haven't lost 50 pounds, but I've found that the best way for me to consistently lose weight on a vegetarian diet is simply to count the calories in what I'm eating, and make sure that about 20% of them come from protein. I don't waste any time worrying about fat or carbs, although I notice that generally when I'm…

Thank you! I'm definitely sticking to the basics but to clarify, I'm even interested in things like - is there a blend that helps you wake up for your workouts? Something that keeps you motivated? etc

I give up something new every year - haven't decided what to do yet. Honestly giving up swearing would be a good choice for me.

I'd be offended too honestly - that's rude for someone to point out- but if there weren't many, then maybe she was justified? If there were clearly plenty for all then lol I wouldn't talk to her anytime soon

I'm a vegetarian but I'm poor lol, and I live in an area with little selection - we can pick Wal-Mart or the overpriced local grocery store. I love fresh produce, but typically end up buying a mix of low-sodium canned veggies (beans), lots of frozen veggies, and whatever happens to be in season/on sale. Right now I'm…

Not ok. Pointing out a rash on someone's neck that they've had for months because you're concerned about them (yes I'm salty)

I've used P tracker since high school and LOVE it. Simple but it works. My OBGYN appreciates all the info I can provide when I go to appointments.

lol, so you would be really terrified to find that we heat our home with a wood-burning stove. The candle doesn't bother me

With my husband, and a cinnamon candle lit. :)

Find a low-calorie beverage you really enjoy and ONLY drink it after dinner. For me, it's unsweetened tea (Chai, Earl Grey, and herbal teas) - I brew a cup, warm my hands on it for a while, and sip on it - really make it last. I look forward to it all day and it's great. I'm sure you could substitute diet pop, coffee, or…

As long as I hit my protein and calories, I don't pay too much attention to where the fat/carbs fall.

Just Skyrim :P

When I was first learning to cook for myself, my go-to was frozen packets of veggies you can steam in the microwave. They're really good if you add some seasoning afterwards. They're pretty cheap too

My local consignment shop has a low-tech version of this for $6 - after reading your review I might go pick it up for my desk job :)

Congratulations :D

My sister-in-law and her husband both had birthdays yesterday. I was instructed to call them and wish them a happy birthday and I didn't because when I sent them Christmas presents I never even got a call or acknowledgement that they got them. #PETTY

@kshama2001 my mom used to make an almost identical calzone for special occasions. Now I'm craving them! lol. With the marinara it's a decadent experience

I like Premier Protein shakes - the premade shakes are better than the powder but more expensive. I've seen a lot of people really enjoy My Protein (you can find it on Google.) There's a lot of flavors and it's really cheap.

It's real necessary for me. If I don't get close to what MFP recommends for me I'm super constipated.

I've been a caffeine addict since high school - then, I had one ultra-strong cup with breakfast before school, percolated by my dad. It was kind of a bonding thing for us. In college I averaged 7-8 cups - I was so desensitized to it. I love the flavor, the smell, the warmth - what's not to like, really. I do drink it with…

If you use Instagram, @chefdphillips specializes in this :)

I'm married now so I could care less but the only time I ever got hit on, the guy told me I looked "hard to impress". Evidently that didn't bother my husband much since he dated and married me :P

I've had my eczema since I was 7 - the only medication that's ever helped it is topical Fluticasone cream. It's a strong topical steroid so I use it very sparingly, and only for my worst breakouts. Other than that I use plain Cetaphil, any gentle moisturizer, Shea butter on top, and try to avoid harsh fragrances and…

Despite all my best efforts, green tea still tastes like grass and I was counting on it to replace coffee when at my desk. Boo.

I'm definitely an emotional eater - I eat when I'm upset, or bored, or depressed, specifically. My sister is an emotional eater in the other end of the spectrum - she overeats when she's happy (I don't get that one...) I've found that when I'm upset or depressed I can do a few other things to self-soothe, including texting…

I've heard of FAB and this makes me tempted to give it a try - I use shea butter a little more than coconut oil - although I love coconut oil for shaving.
