What strength workouts do you do? Are they the ones you mention here? I’ve done 30 day shred a couple of times before and have got on to day 4 level 2 again over the last few weeks but I’m bored of doing the same thing!

Happy September everyone! My September goal is to walk at least 60 miles. I find it really hard too. I did really well at the beginning of the year and then it was my birthday in a June and it all went a bit Pete Tong and I stopped measuring food and cut down on the exercise. Hi! Only just found this group so I’ve joined today! So far in August I’ve walked 21miles (with Leslie - she’s fab) and completed Level 1 of the 30 day shred. 😃 I’ve been out for walks as well but I don’t have a tracking thing to count miles / steps etc that so I am not including anything like that. I’m on school holidays…

Measure yourself - if you’re not losing lbs you might be losing inches. You should only weigh yourself once a week - I got rid of my scales because I started to weigh myself every day and on occasions more than once a day which is most definitely not right!! I have no idea how much I weigh but I have dropped nearly 2 dress…

Make sure you take measurements rather than relying just on scales. You’ll lose inches but maybe not so many lbs. If it’s any consolation, I’ve finished 30 day shred and I’m on ripped in 30 (which really hurts!) and I still can’t do a push up...

I’m really liking ripped in 30. It’s harder than the shred and whilst some of the moves are the same, there’s new things too so I feel like I’m using different muscles. Not tried no more trouble zones yet.

I’m starting it again - round 2. Love the results and need to lose a lot more inches! Mixing it up with Ripped in 30 for a bit of variety.

Stupidly I didn’t take before measurements but I’ve lost inches as all my clothes fit better or are starting to look too big. 😃 And I can now get in to 1 size smaller jeans.
